Our Story

Kakadia Group, is spearheaded by Mr. Manhar M. Kakadia considered to be a pioneering visionary businessman and ardent philanthropist. He embarked upon taking up independent projects right from 1991 in the banner of "Kakadia Group".

Background

Fast growth in both textile and diamond industry in the late 80’s and early 90’s in Surat gave rise to increasing population. With its multiplier effect the demand for housing and commercial real estate development also boosted.

In USA also, Mr Kakadia has stayed true to his philanthropist ways. He organized drives to raise funds for educational institutions, hospitals, cancer research institutions, military focused organizations and underprivileged communities.
